Since forming in 2007, DGI has demonstrated huge successes in marketing Downtown Goshen through First Fridays, the Fire and Ice Festival, and the Façade Incentive Program. Investment in buildings, businesses and infrastructure has continued to expand, with entrepreneurs, investors, residents and visitors drawn to the City on the Go.
